TOMAH, Wis. — The Tomah community is grieving the passing of Jason R. Waege, 41, who died peacefully at his home on October 2, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Jason was a devoted member of the community, remembered for his kindness, generosity, and the joy he brought into the lives of those around him. Friends and neighbors say his presence was a blessing, as he consistently lived with a spirit of care and compassion for others.

Funeral services honoring Jason’s life will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the Faith Evangelical Free Church in Sparta, Wisconsin. Visitation will take place the evening before, on Tuesday, October 7, at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah, where loved ones and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and offer support to his grieving family.
