DALLASTOWN, Pa. — The community of Dallastown is grieving the sudden and unexpected passing of Dominick Skinner, who died on October 1st. He leaves behind two beloved daughters, ages 12 and 7, whose lives will forever be shaped by the loss of their devoted father.

Dominick was remembered for his fun-loving spirit, caring heart, and the joy he brought into the lives of those around him. Friends and family say he had an energy that could brighten even the darkest of days and a sense of humor that made him a cherished companion to many.
