The community is grieving the passing of Jackie Ray Bell, who left this world on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the age of 52. Born on December 12, 1973, Jackie was the beloved son of Jack and Wanda (Rednour) Bell and a cherished brother to Reda Bell and Kimberly Bell. He was preceded in death by his sister, Marie Sue Decker.

Known for his warmth, kindness, and the joy he brought to those around him, Jackie touched the lives of family, friends, and neighbors alike. Family and friends will gather to honor his life on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the chapel of Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home, followed by funeral services at 1 p.m. Burial will take place at Elk Spring Cemetery.
