WESTWOOD, MA — The Westwood community is heartbroken to share the passing of Megan Hesketh, a deeply loved physical therapist, daughter, friend, and caregiver, who died after a courageous and inspiring battle with breast cancer.
Megan’s passing has left a profound void in the hearts of all who knew her. Known for her unwavering kindness, compassion, and dedication to helping others, she spent her career restoring not just her patients’ physical strength, but also their confidence and hope. To her colleagues and clients, Megan was more than a therapist — she was a healer in every sense of the word.
A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Megan’s warmth and generosity radiated in everything she did.
