ENID, Okla. — The Enid community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of Landon Jace Arbuckle, a vibrant 14-year-old whose life was tragically cut short in a recent accident. Friends, family, and neighbors are struggling to come to terms with the sudden loss of a young life filled with energy, laughter, and adventure.
Those who knew Landon remember him for his love of the outdoors, especially slinging mud and riding four-wheelers — passions that reflected his spirited personality and joyful approach to life. His untimely passing has left a void in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
In honor of his memory, friends and community members are gathering at Enid Lake on March 7th at noon for a special tribute, aiming to “shut down” the lake in celebration of Landon’s life and to put a smile on the boy’s face one last time. The event promises to bring the community together in shared grief, remembrance, and the celebration of a life lived with boundless enthusiasm.
Landon Jace Arbuckle will be remembered not for the tragedy that ended his life, but for the joy, energy, and love he shared with those around him — a spirit that will continue to inspire and resonate throughout Enid for years to come.
