Clinton County, KY — The news has been heavy in recent days, but none heavier than the heartbreaking loss felt by the Clinton County community this week. Clinton County Schools has confirmed that Briley England, a junior at Clinton County High School, lost his life in a car accident early Sunday morning.
The tragedy has sent waves of grief through the school and surrounding community, leaving friends, classmates, and teachers struggling to process the unimaginable.
In response, the district has established a support and response room in the Clinton County High School library, where therapists and counselors are available to provide comfort and guidance to students and staff as they navigate this difficult time.
“Briley was a bright light — kind, funny, and full of promise,” one classmate shared tearfully. “It just doesn’t seem real.”
