MEBANE, NC — A community is gripped by fear and heartbreak after the disappearance of 17-year-old Haley Lopez Russ, whose last known moments were captured on surveillance footage.

Haley, a bright and promising young woman, was last seen on the morning of August 10, 2025, leaving Sports Endeavors on Corporate Park Drive. The footage shows her walking away on foot, dressed in a gray Sports Endeavors shirt, blue jeans, black-and-white Vans shoes, and carrying a blue purse. Since then, no one has seen or heard from her.

The Mebane Police Department has confirmed that Haley was first reported missing on August 9, and her family has been living a nightmare ever since. With each passing day, the urgency grows to bring her home safely.
